Email Server Policy

To maintain the integrity and security of our email systems, IT Company Australia  reserves the right to block incoming emails from any remote SMTP relay at any time and for any reason.

If a remote SMTP relay is misconfigured or compromised, it may be exploited by spammers to send large volumes of unsolicited emails. In such cases, we will immediately block the IP address of the affected relay to prevent abuse and protect our network.

We also subscribe to multiple Real-Time Blackhole Lists (RBLs) to automatically detect and block known open or spamming SMTP relays. While these measures significantly reduce the amount of spam received, they may occasionally result in legitimate emails being blocked.

We continually monitor and update our filters to minimise such occurrences and ensure secure, reliable email communication.
