Now communicating in foreign languages will get easier. Microsoft Teams Mobile will be supporting Intelligent translation so you can communicate in different languages without any inconvenience. 

Now you don’t have to be confused by a Microsoft Teams communication in a foreign language. Due to recent updates to the video conferencing platform communication in foreign languages will be easier. 

For Microsoft Teams Mobile customers, the Microsoft Office 365 app is focusing on offering intelligent translation. 

This update will be available to Android and iOS users soon. It will allow users to swiftly translate communications into a foreign language, ensuring that there are no delays or mistakes.

According to Microsoft, this feature will offer to translate messages that are not in your preferred language. 

As of now, there are details of which languages will be supported by the new function. However, knowing Microsoft there’s a possibility that a wide selection will be available. Microsoft says this update will be available in August 2022. 

The announcement is the next step forward for Microsoft Teams and its translation capabilities as the company seek to connect people all around the world. Back in May 2021, the software giant revealed its intentions to deliver a real-time translation for mobile Teams users to improve collaboration throughout the world. 

The company used Z-Code, a revolutionary AI technology that dramatically enhances the quality of production translation models. Z-Code enables the development of AI systems capable of speaking, seeing, hearing, and comprehending, and it has already been included in Microsoft Translator software and various other Azure AI services. 

Microsoft Teams users can utilize a drop-down menu to switch between the original audio stream and the interpreter’s translation. 

Microsoft Teams was able to bring another type of real-time translation capabilities to desktop video meetings earlier this year. Similarly, the company introduced a new feature that provides access to a huge network of professional translators who join meetings on demand. 

This feature will make Teams not only accessible to non-English speakers but will also put this app on the global map for its inclusivity.
